Three Research Trips: Brazil, Cameroon, South Africa

In February and March 2025, we conduct different field trips for research as part of our ongoing work. We conduct interviews and discuss with local artists, but also investigate colonial heritage and its sites of memory. Last but not least, we also engage in practical try-outs such as rehearsals and workshops.

Felipe dos Santos Boquimpani travels to São Paulo and Belo Horizonte in Brazil, Balindile ka Ngcobo to Johannesburg and Pietermaritzburg in South Africa and Leon Gabriel to Yaoundé, Douala and Kribi in Cameroon.
